About Me:
I'm a public media journalist, writer and radio producer, with a focus on environmental and natural resource stories. I explore issues of place, the natural world and our connection to it.
I currently work as co-host, audio editor/producer for Climate One, a podcast and national radio show focused on elevating critical conversations about the climate emergency. I’ve worked at public media stations in Arizona, Nebraska and Colorado and for a long-term multimedia documentary project focused on the Platte River Basin. I've been a public radio news director, show producer, reporter and Morning Edition host. I've produced stories for NPR's Morning Edition, Here and Now, Latino USA, PBS NewsHour and Harvest Public Media. My print work has been published in High Country News, Western Confluence and other magazines.
My homelands are the deserts, mountains and plains of the American West.
